A multinational pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting a Senior Brand Manager to be based in Jeddah, KSA. - Managing and leading the entire end-to-end marketing and brand strategy
- Developing detailed plan of strategy execution including marketing tools, materials and local activities to achieve successful launches and market brand positioning.
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling the brands performance in the region
- Building and nurturing long lasting relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externally
- Responsible for Territory, Account and Performance management
- KOL management
- Designing innovative, multi-channel media campaigns that are implemented, analyzed and optimized on a national scale.
- Identifying marketing opportunities by identifying consumer requirements, competitor’s share, forecasting projected business, establishing targeted market share.
- Preparing all launch activities in different markets; Developing promotional campaigns and follow up their implementation and reflection on sales.
- Candidates based in KSA only.
- Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy / Biology/Medicine) and Master’s Degree in Business / Marketing Management is highly preferred.
- Must have 5 – 7 years of Pharma experience
- Experience with Generic companies is preferred
- Proven ability to build strong partnerships with the business, operations, and other key stakeholders is required.
- Possesses critical thinking & problem-solving skills; Successful track record of delivering business results.
- Fluent in Arabic and English is required.
