Job Summary:
We are looking for a Senior Technical Manager to lead enterprise insurance IT solutions. This role involves managing technical teams, overseeing software architecture, and delivering scalable, high-quality applications aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor development teams across the full SDLC Drive microservices architecture, API integrations, and enterprise solutions Oversee core insurance applications and related add-ons Ensure best practices in architecture, security, performance, and UI/UX Implement Agile, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native solutions Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and InsurTech partners
Requirements:
10+ years of experience in software architecture and development Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field Strong hands-on experience with Java and Oracle PL/SQL Experience with microservices, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Mobile-First application development Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills Apply now to lead impactful enterprise technology initiatives.
