At the forefront of the battle against the pandemic, G42 Healthcare partnered with Abu Dhabi authorities to develop a massive throughput laboratory in 14 days. It spearheaded the world\'s first Phase 3 clinical trial of the COVID-19 inactivated vaccine.
Beyond Covid-19, G42 Healthcare is also developing activities to support future generations\' health\xe2\x80\x93including genomics, diagnostics to digitization programs, life science manufacturing, environmental sciences, clinical trials and research.

G42 Healthcare operates across the UAE, regional countries in the GCC, Central Asia and the Middle East, and North Africa. The company partners extensively with leading international players who complement the ecosystem and support the delivery of its mission. Responsibilities:
Snr Specialist Digital & Events is part of the G42 Healthcare marketing team.

The role will coordinate between internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure timely and accurate messaging delivery and exposure to new customers. You will be responsible for working with the team to coordinate external company events & exhibitions and take ownership of the digital strategy for all healthcare operating units.

The right candidate will be commercially focused, have a keen eye for detail, and be capable of building a strategy to increase demand generation, brand awareness, and lead generation, both online and at in-person events. They will report directly to the Senior Manager - Marketing. We are seeking a self-starter together with the ability to work with a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the Marketing Product Managers and Commercial team to design, develop and deliver an effective digital strategy.
  • Understand each operating unit\xe2\x80\x99s value proposition and translate this messaging to our key customer decision-makers and influencers through your digital strategy.
  • Manage external agencies to deliver your digital plan.
  • Coordinate physical events with external parties and internal stakeholders to deliver an exhibition platform worthy of G42 Healthcare\xe2\x80\x99s brand and aspirations.
  • Manage the design, build and logistics of any physical asset at an external event with the marketing and operating unit team.
  • Coordinate with the G42 Group Marcomms team to ensure synergies and cross-pollination.
  • Safeguard the G42 Healthcare Digital footprint is monitored and reflects the overall brand position in the strategy while ensuring correct spelling and grammar.
  • Community management and digital governance planning
  • Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Present creative growth strategies through digital marketing to support commercial objectives
  • Identifies critical conversion points and drop-off points and optimizes user funnels.
  • Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels
  • SEO and website updates
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Conceptualizing ideas for events, creating and enforcing budgets, liaising with suppliers, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring that the event is well executed.
  • Actively assist the Head of Marketing in day-to-day projects and activities and contribute to overall yearly marketing and event strategy and planning.
  • Concept development of events and activations that lead to greater awareness of G42 Healthcare
  • Establishes cost-saving initiatives with vendors to improve the operational value
Qualifications:
Qualifications and Experience:
  • +3 years of experience in a similar role, overseeing digital marketing activities and physical events.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills able to prioritise, manage expectations, plan and coordinate stakeholders when working on projects.
  • Excellent attention to detail and an eye for quality, with the ability to move forward and execute plans and projects.
  • Fluent in English Arabic is a plus
  • Ability to be hands-on in a complex operational environment, to drive action into success.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • A team player with great collaboration and leadership skills.
  • Experience in using Adobe Suite
  • Passion for finding and creating experiences that connect the customer to our brand, mission and purpose.
