Senior Social Media and Marketing Specialist

to lead and elevate our digital storytelling, influencer engagement, and brand presence across all social platforms

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Plan, create, and publish high-quality, visually appealing, and brand-aligned content (photos, videos, stories, reels). Develop and maintain a content calendar that supports campaigns, events, launches, and trends in the aesthetic/beauty space. Collaborate with creative teams, photographers, videographers, and in-clinic professionals for content production. Identify and manage partnerships with local and international influencers, beauty bloggers, and lifestyle KOLs. Coordinate influencer treatments, visits, and collaborations. Track performance of influencer campaigns and ensure alignment with brand messaging and audience. Build and nurture a strong digital community through consistent engagement, responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries in a professional tone. Monitor social conversations and trends to ensure Seline Clinic stays relevant and responsive. Monitor social media KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and campaign results. Generate monthly reports and provide insights for content and strategy optimization. Stay updated on trends in beauty, skincare, and aesthetic treatments, especially within Dubai and GCC markets. Integrate trending formats (Instagram Reels, TikTok trends) into content strategies.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field. 2+ years experience in social media management, preferably in an aesthetic clinic, luxury beauty, or wellness brand in Dubai. Strong content creation skills, especially for Instagram & TikTok (Reels, Stories, UGC-style content). Demonstrated experience working with local influencers and brand ambassadors in Dubai. Excellent visual storytelling, writing, and communication skills in English. Deep understanding of Dubai's beauty and aesthetic market and social culture. A good eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and brand alignment. Proficient with social media scheduling and analytics tools (Later, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English. Aesthetics Clinic experience in Dubai (preferred)
