Roles and Responsibilities

Supervise, manage, and coordinate all on-site construction and fit-out activities to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily site operations, track project progress, and prepare comprehensive daily and weekly progress reports for management review. Liaise effectively with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. Review, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, identifying discrepancies and providing prompt resolutions to site-related issues. Ensure strict adherence to HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance at all times. Lead, guide, and supervise site engineers, foremen, and technical staff, ensuring optimal productivity and workflow coordination. Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation, ensuring smooth execution of project phases.

Desired Candidate Profile

Proven experience in Fitout and Interior Design projects Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and industry standards Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure Proficiency in reading technical drawings and handling site documentation A valid UAE driving license is preferable
