About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced

Senior Site Engineer / Project Manager

to lead the execution of various construction and maintenance projects across Dubai. This role is ideal for someone who can manage multiple teams, ensure high-quality delivery, and confidently handle coordination with consultants, government entities, and subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full project lifecycle from site mobilization to handover Manage on-site activities for residential villas, service blocks, and public infrastructure Coordinate the construction of boundary walls, steel/wooden structures, interlocks, and fencing systems Liaise with government authorities and clients to obtain approvals and ensure compliance Supervise site engineers, foremen, and subcontractors to maintain timelines and quality standards Prepare work schedules, material take-offs, BOQs, and progress reports Identify issues early and implement corrective actions without delays

Projects You'll Lead:

Villa/service block construction Facility maintenance/renovations (offices) Boundary wall construction and fence installations Steel shade and wooden pergola structures (large and small) Interlock paving and landscape hardscaping

Requirements:

Minimum

7 years of experience

in the UAE construction industry Strong knowledge of local regulations, materials, and construction methods Proven ability to manage multiple teams and subcontractors Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus UAE Driving License is required Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
