About the Role

We are launching the Renovations arm of Deluxe Holiday Homes Group and are starting with our flagship

HIVE Business Center

project. As the first dedicated

Senior Site Engineer

, you will own day?to?day site delivery, quality, safety, and authority compliance. Success in this role will open a fast?track path to

Construction Manager

as we add more projects in 2025?26.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain a

constant on?site presence

, enforcing drawings, specifications, and tolerance standards for all trades (fit?out, MEP, joinery, finishes). Convert the master program into a rolling

3?week look?ahead

and chair the daily stand?up with subcontractor foremen. Lead the

RFI process

end?to?end: draft, submit, chase, log, and close. Coordinate deliveries with the Procurement Supervisor to keep site resources in balance. Tag every potential variation in a live Variation Log and advise on cost / time impact. Prepare and lead all

authority inspections

(DM, Trakhees, DCD, TECOM, etc.). Enforce the site?specific

HSE plan

; run weekly toolbox talks and record near?misses. Keep a digital

site diary

(photos + notes) and issue concise daily/weekly reports. Compile as?built drawings, O&M manuals, snag lists, and close?out certificates for hand?over.

Must?Have Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in

Civil / Architectural Engineering

or Construction Management.

8+ years

total experience,

5+ years

in UAE commercial fit?outs and/or luxury villa projects. Delivered at least

one AED 20 million+

interior or villa project as resident engineer / site manager. Strong command of

AutoCAD / Revit

(red?lining),

MS Project

or Primavera, and Excel. Working knowledge of Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, DCD regulations and HSE standards. Valid UAE driving license & readiness for full?time site work.

Desirable

IOSH

/ NEBOSH

safety certificate;

PMP

or similar project?management credential. Exposure to sustainable / LEED interior practices.
