to lead and supervise on-site construction activities, ensuring timely execution, quality control, and compliance with project specifications. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, leadership, and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily site operations and ensure adherence to project timelines
Interpret and implement construction drawings, specifications, and rebar schedules
Conduct site surveys and set out works using GPS, robotic instruments, and lasers
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work quality and safety compliance
Maintain site documentation including daily logs, QA records, and progress reports
Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and client representatives
Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
Support in preparing method statements, risk assessments, and permit documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum 4 years of experience in site engineering and construction supervision
Proficiency in AutoCAD and surveying tools (Total Station, GPS, etc.)
Strong understanding of local construction codes and safety regulations
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
