Job Description
Site Engineer / Site Supervisor - Fitout & Interior Design
Job Responsibilities:
Supervise, manage, and coordinate all
on-site construction and fit-out activities
to ensure execution aligns with approved drawings, project specifications, and quality standards. Monitor daily site operations, track project progress, and preparecomprehensive daily and weekly progress reports
for management review. Liaise effectively withconsultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
to ensure timely achievement of project milestones. Review, analyze, and interpret technical drawings, identifying discrepancies and providing prompt resolutions to site-related issues. Ensure strict adherence toHSE (Health, Safety & Environment)
protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance at all times. Lead, guide, and supervisesite engineers, foremen, and technical staff
, ensuring optimal productivity and workflow coordination. Assist the Project Manager inplanning, scheduling, and resource allocation
, ensuring smooth execution of project phases. Coordinate and facilitatesite inspections, quality checks, and project handover procedures
, ensuring all requirements are met as per client and consultant standards.Requirements:
Proven experience in
Fitout and Interior Design
projects Strong knowledge of interior construction methods, materials, and industry standards Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines under pressure Proficiency in reading technical drawings and handling site documentationA valid UAE driving license is preferable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
