Job Vacancy - Site Engineer (Fit-out) - Architecture

A leading site engineer and fit-out company is seeking a qualified and experienced Site Engineer (Fit-out) with 7+ years of proven experience in managing and supervising interior finishing projects.

Scope of Works

The role involves supervision and execution of installation and supply of:

Decorative glass ceilings, timber ceilings, parquet flooring Timber wall cladding and niche cladding with decorative paint Floor and wall tiles, marble, carpets, wallpapers Gypsum and metal ceilings, wardrobes Fire-rated and non-fire-rated doors Wall and ceiling paints, hanging mirrors, TV panels, lift cladding, sliding doors, and vanity counters
Key Responsibilities

Review the scope of work in detail to define deliverables and project milestones. Evaluate task progress, calculate completion percentages, and assess the value of work done based on contract rates. Coordinate with project and commercial managers regarding potential delays, variations, or instructions affecting cost and time, and adjust payment applications accordingly. Conduct regular meetings with QA/QC and technical teams to ensure compliance with project schedules and monitor KPIs. Supervise subcontractors from mobilization to closeout, ensuring adherence to approved schedules and addressing delays promptly. Perform site surveillance, evaluate progress, and implement corrective actions when deviations occur. Prepare accurate weekly and monthly progress reports highlighting milestones achieved. Review subcontractor payment applications and recommend approvals after verification. Collaborate with the commercial team for variation orders and claims. Ensure strict implementation of HSE standards on-site to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture , related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in fit-out and finishing projects. Strong knowledge of finishing materials, project execution, and subcontractor management. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
