Senior Service Engineer

Job Description
We are urgently hiring for our client in Bahrain : 3 Senior Service Engineers for a road construction project. The SSE will be responsible for providing technical support and help to our client by responding to their requests for service in a timely and efficient manner. Responsibilities
Contract length: 6 months Salary: BD1,100.000 - BD1,350.000 per month Experience:
- Understanding and supporting customer needs through technical and administrative activities
- Evaluating sites for the installation of equipment
- Monitoring equipment and machinery performance and developing preventative maintenance measures.
- Performing onsite testing of equipment and coordinate with other engineers
- Conducting quality assurance and safety checks on all equipment;.
- Delivering demonstrations to ensure that customers are educated on safe and effective equipment use.
- Providing recommendations about new features and product improvements.
- Monitoring inventory and reordering materials when needed.
- Writing reports and presenting findings to Managers and Supervisors on a regular basis.
- Communicating with clients, engineers, and other technicians to ensure that services are delivered effectively.
- Promptly following up on service requests and providing customer feedback.
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
- 7 \xe2\x80\x93 12 years of experience in Roads Engineering
- Excellent verbal and written english communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
