Report all incidents to the line manager, site HSEQ officer.
Perform other duties assigned by line manager.
Perform all service task assigned and ensure all service to the customer/company is completed efficiently on time.
Projection / Pre-order for all parts required to perform repair.
Responsible for trouble shooting, use testing & diagnostics equipment, disassembly / assembly, repair of the equipment & minimizing breakdown.
Maintain clean work area, properly use and take care of workplace, ensure work safety & use safe techniques and responsible for on the job safety practice.
Maintain proper job documentation (as Service Report) relating to breakdown, parts supplies etc. and ensure all the record kept are eligible or in compliances with established procedures.
Maintain All the Record for Machine on daily basis.
Make sure all repair jobs completed with the cause of failures identified and match to the solution necessary to affect a repair job & also to make record of it.
Provide written advice to customer to resolve operational issues that are causing machine failure.
Ensure that all Warranty / Failed / Replaced parts are not used and returned to your next superior as per the company guidelines.
Making personal appearances in a professional and neat condition.
Fulfill Asset Optimization guidelines as given by customer
Ensure proper / timely technical support to Service Engineer.
Ensure Service Engineer adopt correct & safe practice of machine maintenance
To monitor desired availability of the machine through DPR & Monthly report
Keep tab on customer outstanding (Parts & AMC) collection within the time period assigned by the management. Also responsible for collecting the C Form
Should judge the warranty replacement (Tech - comm.) before sending claim to HO.
Should be present during the commissioning of the machine & plan further action (such as parts, training etc.)
Ensure that service dept. processes are established concerning all service work & to improve operational quality & efficiency of the service department.
Increasing the customer satisfaction level.
Monitoring Customer spare parts stock and plan for necessary action.
