Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Performance
Lead,
coach, and motivate a team of Property Consultants to achieve individual and team sales targets
Conduct regular performance reviews
, pipeline reviews, and one-to-one coaching sessions
Support consultants in deal structuring
, negotiations, and closing high-value transactions
Foster a collaborative
, inclusive, and high-performance team culture
Sales & Business Development
Drive revenue growth
through residential and/or commercial property sales and leasing
Actively participate in client meetings
, presentations, and key negotiations when required
Develop and execute sales strategies

Identify new business opportunities
and market segments in Abu Dhabi
Training & Development
Onboard and train new joiners on company processes
, CRM systems, and market best practices
Share market insights
, pricing trends, and competitive intelligence with the team
Support continuous skill development in prospecting,
client management, and compliance
Operations & Compliance
Ensure all transactions comply with Abu Dhabi real estate regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate reporting using CRM and internal tracking systems
Coordinate with Marketing, Admin, and Management teams to support sales activities
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in real estate sales in Abu Dhabi
At least
1-2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market (off-plan, secondary, leasing)
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage
