Sales Team Leader
to lead our growing team and contribute to the continued success of the company.
Position Summary:
The Sales Team Leader will be responsible for managing, mentoring, and motivating a team of real estate agents. This leadership role requires a hands-on professional who can drive performance, implement effective sales strategies, and cultivate a high-performing, goal-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Coach and mentor sales agents through regular training, feedback, and performance development.
Track and analyze team performance, preparing detailed reports for senior management.
Develop and execute actionable sales strategies to capture market opportunities.
Participate in the hiring and onboarding of new agents to build a strong, capable team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and partners.
Resolve client escalations and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Collaborate with marketing and operations departments to align sales initiatives with business objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 4-5 years of proven real estate sales experience in the Dubai market.
Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and motivate teams.
Consistent track record of achieving or surpassing sales goals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of Dubai real estate trends, RERA regulations, and local market dynamics.
Ability to interpret sales metrics and market insights to make data-driven decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
