Sales Team Leader
to guide our sales team and drive performance in a competitive market.
Job Summary:
As Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing, motivating, and supporting a team of sales agents. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, coaching agents, and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the daily activities of the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
Provide coaching, training, and mentorship to sales agents to improve their skills and performance.
Monitor team performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
Support the recruitment and onboarding of new sales team members.
Maintain strong relationships with key clients, developers, and stakeholders.
Resolve escalated client issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize sales processes.
Requirements:
4 to 5 years of experience in sales within the Dubai real estate market.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
In-depth knowledge of Dubai property market trends and RERA regulations.
Ability to analyze sales data and market information to make strategic decisions.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
