Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and contracts.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance and support.
Requirements:
Minimum 7 years of experience in
fit-out, joinery, furniture, aluminum, glass, and steel works sales
.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Strong knowledge of the market, industry trends, and competitors.
