Key Responsibilities
Lead sales operations for acoustic and architectural solutions across various commercial and residential projects in the UAE.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and project intelligence platforms.
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and developers.
Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling technical and commercial proposals.
Conduct regular site visits, attend client meetings, and support the tendering process.
Monitor sales performance, maintain accurate pipeline forecasts, and report to senior management.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product innovations, and competitor movements.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry networking events.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
Experience:
5-10 years of proven sales experience in the UAE, specifically in
acoustic solutions or architectural fit-out/interior products
.
License:
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Network:
Established connections within the architectural, design, and construction community in the UAE.
Sales Acumen:
Proven ability to manage the entire sales cycle--from lead generation and client acquisition to deal closure.
Skills:
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Work Style:
Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
