Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage
the sales operations for acoustic, architectural, and interior fit-out products throughout the UAE.
Develop and execute sales strategies
to meet and exceed revenue and growth targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
through project tracking, networking, and industry intelligence.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with
architects, consultants, contractors, developers, and key stakeholders
.
Coordinate with internal teams (design, engineering, estimation) to
prepare and present customized proposals
.
Conduct
client meetings, site visits, and technical presentations
, and support tender submissions.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance, maintain a healthy
sales pipeline
, and provide regular forecasting and reporting to senior leadership.
Stay informed of
market trends, competitor activities, and new materials or technologies
relevant to the fit-out and architectural sectors.
Represent the company at
trade exhibitions, conferences, and industry networking events
to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Requirements
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum of
5 years
in sales within
acoustic systems, architectural products, or interior fit-out materials
in the UAE.
License:
Valid UAE Driving License
is essential.
Network:
Strong network and established relationships within the
architecture, design, and construction industries
in the UAE.
Sales Expertise:
Proven ability to manage the
entire sales cycle
, including lead generation, technical consultation, and closing.
Communication:
Outstanding
negotiation, client relationship, and presentation skills
.
Work Ethic:
Self-motivated, strategic thinker capable of working independently while collaborating cross-functionally.
