Senior Sales Manager Productivity Solutions and Services (PSS) Gulf Region (UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman)

Senior Sales Manager is responsible for driving growth and business results for PSS in the Gulf region reporting directly to the PSS META Sales Director.

The role will be responsible for ensuring the staffing and development of a high performance direct sales team that achieves maximum profitability and growth in line with our strategic objectives and growth of a channel / reseller community with the highest standard of integrity and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Performance:

\xc2\xb7 Deliver the Revenue and Pricing targets along with managing the performance and development of all sales activities for the region

\xc2\xb7 Establish an MOS to feed into management reporting, focus the sales team on delivering against their expectations, increase personal accountability, identify areas of risk with mitigation plans and provide input to the other functions to help deliver a better Customer Experience.

\xc2\xb7 Use SFDC as a CRM tool to monitor, manage and drive an increased sales performance from the team

\xc2\xb7 Financial and business acumen; provides strategic coaching direction in deal development and risk assessment

\xc2\xb7 Drive commercial excellence across the difference Lines of Business

\xc2\xb7 Drive New Product Introduction to address unmet customer needs and product gaps to win in the marketplace

\xc2\xb7 Executive sponsorship for select Strategic and Growth Customers

\xc2\xb7 Accurate forecast of orders and growth opportunities fed into SIOP

Business Relationships:

\xc2\xb7 Able to build relationships with the Executive Team of our key Customers and able to successfully present proposals at this level

\xc2\xb7 Leverage relationships with the customers in support of local sales strategies;

\xc2\xb7 Help provide VOC input for future product developments

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for approving all goals for sales professionals in assigned area;

\xc2\xb7 Work with Product marketing to define strategies and initiatives to attain growth through both direct and Distribution channels

\xc2\xb7 Partner with marketing to translate STRAP into deployment plans

Sales Process:

\xc2\xb7 Provide coordination of sales activities and manage resources to maximize results from identified sales opportunities;

\xc2\xb7 Ensure approved sales processes are followed and company procedures and systems are effectively deployed;

\xc2\xb7 Drive a channel with unquestionable integrity and consistency;

\xc2\xb7 Provide leadership and appropriate sign-off for strategic sales pursuits;

Lead planning and sales forecasting processes;

\xc2\xb7 Monitor and track key sales performance metrics;

\xc2\xb7 Responsible for sharing of best practices across the sales team.

Customers:

\xc2\xb7 Customer value management and pricing: Analysis of market dynamics and value chain proposition to target defined customer segments;

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate competitive strategy planning with the team;

\xc2\xb7 Drive key growth initiatives with sales team;

\xc2\xb7 Develop relationships with existing and potential new key customers;

\xc2\xb7 Network effectively both internally and externally to develop strong relationships with clients and business contacts

People Management:

Qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

\xc2\xb7 Minimum 5 years\' experience in a sales role with successful results

\xc2\xb7 Track record in driving consistent growth capturing market share

\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree in business or a technical discipline

\xc2\xb7 Proven ability to lead in a large matrix organization

\xc2\xb7 Experience in AIDC (Automatic Identification and Data Capture), Software, and/or Information Technology Industry
