We are looking for an experienced, result oriented, analytical and highly motivated Senior Sales Manager to join our team to take on a wide range of leadership responsibilities, from daily management of sales team & activities to developing new business channels, divisions & opportunities. Responsibilities include developing & communicating key detailed sales strategies, tactics and action plans. Gathering & Deploying resources with vigilant monitoring to ensure successful execution of the strategies. Consistently setting & achieving Sales Financial, Awareness, Relationship Targets. Duties will include hitting annual targets, building relationships, understanding customer trends, detailed training & developing the sales team, actively managing team and ensuring maximum productivity, leading the sales team to success and growth. UAE Real Estate Experience - 10 to 13 Years Requirements: - Proven work experience as a senior sales manager or similar senior leadership role. - Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal and customer service skills. - Develop, Present, and Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets, expand customer base, and open new business channels & opportunities. - Highly Dedicated, Motivated, Result Oriented Individual with strong work ethic and ability to develop, train, and lead a strong sales team & process to achieve set goals. - Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer & channel relationships. - Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives. - Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations. - Represent the Company Professionally and increase complete market awareness of products & brands - Develop a Strong Sales Team through consistent Training, Development, Motivation, Active Monitoring & Hands-On Management - Provide detailed sales forecasting. - Outline and manage sales budgets. - Motivate the sales teams to achieve their goals. - Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level. - Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close. - Ability to think out of the box and Generate Creative & Unique Solutions - Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services. - Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions. - In-depth knowledge of selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivation techniques. - Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills. - Great strategic planning, organizational and creative thinking skills. - A Master's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
