Lead & Inspire:
Manage and mentor a team of real estate agents, ensuring high performance and motivation.Drive Sales Growth:
Develop and implement strategies to increaseoffplan property sales
and achieve revenue targets.Market expertise:
Stay updated onDubai's real estate market trends
, pricing strategies, and investment opportunities.Client-centric approach:
Ensure exceptional customer service by providing clients withaccurate property insights and investment guidance
.Process Optimization:
Streamline the sales process, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and seamless deal closures.Networking & Business Development:
Build relationships with developers, investors, and key stakeholders to expand business opportunities.High-Pressure Management:
Excel in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, making strategic decisions under pressure.Requirements:
5+ Years Experience Required
UAE Driver's License (Must)
(Vehicle Provided)*Offplan Expertise:
A strong track record in closing off-plan property deals.Language:
English, Urdu or Hindi.
Leadership & Motivation:
Ability to inspire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.Results-Oriented Mindset:
Strong negotiation skills and a passion for exceeding sales targets.UAE Market Knowledge:
