Position Summary
The
Sales Manager
will oversee the daily operations of our sales team, drive business growth, and ensure client satisfaction. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll execute strategic plans, coach agents, and foster a high-performance culture.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of real estate agents and sales staff
Set and monitor sales goals and performance metrics, implementing strategies for improvement
Develop and execute sales plans aligned with company objectives and market dynamics
Analyze competitor activities and market trends to optimize sales tactics
Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to generate leads and maximize visibility
Ensure full compliance with UAE real estate regulations and ethical standards
Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline insights, and performance reports to senior management
Occasionally support high-value negotiations and relationship-building with key clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
5+ years in real estate sales or sales management, preferably in Dubai's property market
Proven leadership in guiding, coaching, and motivating sales teams
Strong proficiency in CRM tools and sales platforms
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Real estate license or relevant certification (as required in UAE)
