Job Summary:



The Sales Manager will oversee the daily operations of the sales department, develop sales strategies, and lead a team of real estate agents to achieve set targets. The role requires a hands-on leader with deep market knowledge, strong communication skills, and a proven ability to close high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead, train, and manage a team of real estate sales agents to meet and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching, feedback, and motivation.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and investors.

Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify business opportunities.

Set monthly and quarterly sales goals and prepare performance reports for senior management.

Ensure all property listings and marketing materials are up-to-date and aligned with company standards.

Represent the company in networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a Sales Manager or Senior Sales Executive in real estate (UAE market experience preferred).

Strong understanding of Dubai's real estate laws, trends, and freehold/leasehold areas.

Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Strong network of property buyers, sellers, and developers.

Goal-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

RERA certification is an advantage.

Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
