Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Sales Manager to drive sales for our luxury real estate portfolio. The role focuses on managing a team of sales executives, building client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in the high-end property segment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead a team of sales executives to meet and exceed sales targets.
Build and maintain relationships with HNWIs, UHNWIs, and brokers.
Oversee the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals.
Collaborate with marketing and senior management on campaigns and client events.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify sales opportunities.
Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline status to senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
5+ years of real estate sales experience, preferably in luxury properties.
Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
Strong client relationship and negotiation skills.
Understanding of Dubai's luxury real estate market.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
