Senior Sales Manager : Bahrain We have been retained by an well:established Alcoholic Beverage Group in Bahrain that is looking for a Senior Sales Manager to join their team on a full:time basis. The successful applicant will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to increase market share, driving volume targets for on:premise (bars, restaurants) and off:premise (retail, liquor stores) channels, and leading sales teams to achieve company goals. This role typically involves managing key accounts, negotiating contracts, analyzing market trends, and ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations. A bit about the role: * Develop and implement annual/quarterly sales plans to increase market share and volume, particularly within on: and off:consumption channels. * Team Leadership and Development * Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including wholesalers, distributors, national accounts, and large retail groups. * Sales Target Achievement * Brand Activation and Promotion * Analyze sales trends, monitor competitor activity, and identify new business opportunities * Manage the annual sales budget, forecast future demand, and provide regular reports to senior management. * Ensure full compliance with all relevant alcohol laws, regulations, and licensing requirements. What we are looking for: * Must have GCC experience * 3:5 years experience as a Senior Sales Manager or equivalent * Must have liqour experience
