to lead and expand our fit-out business based in Al Quoz. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing key client relationships, and leading the sales strategy for high-end commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality fit-out projects across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for fit-out projects.
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across commercial, residential, retail, and hospitality sectors.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, contractors, and key stakeholders.
Lead tendering and proposal activities including pricing strategy, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Coordinate closely with estimation, design, and project teams to ensure accurate proposals and successful project handover.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and upcoming projects to strengthen market positioning.
Manage and mentor the sales team, setting KPIs and performance targets.
Attend client meetings, site visits, presentations, and industry networking events.
Ensure timely collection of payments in coordination with finance and project teams.
Maintain CRM systems and provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
10-15 years
of proven sales experience in
fit-out or interior contracting
, with at least
5 years in a senior or managerial role
.
Strong network with consultants, developers, and clients within the UAE market.
Demonstrated success in closing high-value fit-out projects.
Solid understanding of fit-out processes, contracts, and commercial terms.
Valid UAE driving license (mandatory).
