Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies for retail events, conferences, and exhibitions
Drive revenue through sponsorship sales, delegate passes, booth sales, and partnerships
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, brands, and industry stakeholders
Lead sales negotiations and close high-value deals
Track sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to maximize event success
Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry forums
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum
5-7 years
of proven sales experience
Strong background in
events, conferences, exhibitions, retail, or B2B sales
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Strong network within retail, corporate, or events industry is a plus
Self-motivated, strategic thinker with leadership capability
