Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market share and achieve revenue growth in the household kitchenware, cleaning accessories, and FMCG sector.
Manage and grow relationships with distributors, retailers, wholesalers, and key clients across the UAE.
Identify new business opportunities, customer segments, and untapped markets.
Lead, guide, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Coordinate closely with the marketing team on promotions, product launches, and campaigns.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends, adjusting sales plans accordingly.
Prepare detailed sales reports and present performance updates to senior management.
Requirements
:
Mandatory: Proven sales experience in household kitchenware, cleaning accessories, or FMCG.
Experience: Minimum 4+ years of relevant sales experience with strong knowledge of the UAE market and all emirates.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver consistent, measurable results.
