Job Description

Ajmal Real Estate is seeking an experienced

Senior Sales Manager

to lead and drive property sales across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:



Promote and sell Ajmal Real Estate properties across the UAE. Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and maximize revenue. Manage the overall P&L (Profit & Loss) for the sales division, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency. Generate new client leads and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients. Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for property promotions and client support. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities. Oversee sales negotiations and ensure successful deal closures. Prepare regular sales performance reports and ensure achievement of monthly & quarterly targets. Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings. etc.
