Job Description

Luxurious Flowers, a premium flower shop in Dubai, is looking for a

Sales Manager

with

2-4 years of sales experience

to join our team. If you're passionate about sales, customer service, and luxury floral arrangements, we'd love to hear from you.

Females only

Responsibilities:

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth. Build and maintain relationships with retail and corporate clients. Manage day-to-day shop sales operations. Coordinate with florists and delivery teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Develop new business opportunities for weddings, events, and corporate gifting.

Requirements:

2-4 years of proven sales experience (retail or flower/gifting industry preferred). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Customer-focused with a creative mindset. Based in Dubai or willing to relocate.
