high-caliber Senior Sales Manager

to drive corporate partnerships, accelerate revenue growth, and enhance our market leadership.

Position Overview


The Senior Sales Manager will spearhead corporate client acquisition, manage high-value contracts, and build strategic vendor partnerships. This leadership role requires a proven B2B sales professional who can design winning strategies, close complex deals, and deliver scalable business growth while ensuring compliance with UAE commercial regulations.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Acquire and develop B2B clients in hospitality, logistics, aviation, events, and travel sectors. Develop and pitch tailored corporate transport solutions. Lead negotiations for high-value contracts with senior decision-makers. Execute strategic sales roadmaps to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Contract & Legal Compliance



Draft, review, and manage commercial agreements. Ensure full compliance with UAE labor and commercial laws. Collaborate with legal teams to mitigate contractual risks.

Vendor & Partner Management



Build and maintain relationships with key vendors. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs; negotiate renewals and improvements. Ensure commercial and operational efficiency in all vendor contracts.

Client Relationship Management



Act as the primary contact for C-suite clients and major accounts. Ensure high client retention through proactive engagement and service reviews. Identify and implement upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Lead and mentor a team of corporate sales executives. Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and marketing teams to deliver seamless solutions. Drive strategic initiatives to launch new services and expand into new markets.

Reporting & Strategic Insights



Produce regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing, positioning, and growth strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred).

6-10 years

of progressive B2B sales experience in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or fleet-based services. Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and corporate contracting. Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, Odoo) and MS Office.

Valid UAE Driving License

is mandatory. Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
