Senior Sales Manager

to drive our corporate partnerships and sales performance to new heights.

Position Overview



As a Senior Sales Manager, you will lead corporate client acquisition, manage commercial contracts, and oversee vendor partnerships. You'll be responsible for designing and executing robust sales strategies while ensuring legal and service compliance across all channels. This is a high-impact leadership role for a seasoned sales expert who can manage complex negotiations and deliver scalable business growth.

Key Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development



Acquire new B2B clients in sectors like hospitality, logistics, aviation, events, and travel. Design and pitch tailored transport solutions to corporate clients. Lead high-value sales negotiations, closing contracts with major stakeholders. Develop strategic roadmaps to grow market share and achieve revenue targets.

Contract & Legal Compliance



Draft, review, and manage commercial contracts. Ensure full legal compliance with UAE commercial and labor laws. Coordinate with internal legal advisors to manage contractual risk.

Contract & Vendor Management



Maintain and optimize relationships with key vendors and service providers. Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and negotiate renewals. Ensure vendor contracts are commercially competitive and operationally efficient.

Client Relationship Management



Serve as a primary contact for C-suite executives and corporate accounts. Ensure client retention through regular check-ins, service reviews, and problem resolution. Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives with existing clients.

Team Leadership & Collaboration



Lead and mentor a team of corporate sales executives. Work closely with operations, marketing, and finance departments for smooth execution. Champion cross-functional initiatives to introduce new services and improve delivery.

Reporting & Strategic Insights



Generate weekly/monthly performance reports and forecasts. Provide data-driven insights for market trends, pricing strategy, and expansion planning.

Qualifications & Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing (MBA preferred). 6-10 years of progressive experience in B2B corporate sales, preferably in transportation, logistics, hospitality, or fleet-based services. Deep understanding of UAE business practices and commercial law. Strong leadership and stakeholder management experience. Advanced negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or Odoo. Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
