Job Summary:

We are hiring a Sr. Sales Manager - Enterprise for our client in Dubai. The role involves leading enterprise sales for IT infrastructure solutions, including servers, storage, and networking. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a network within the UAE enterprise sector, and a proven record in managing complex sales cycles

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales of IT infrastructure solutions (networking, servers, storage) to meet revenue targets. Build strong relationships with enterprise decision-makers. Identify and convert new business opportunities into lasting partnerships. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Collaborate with technical teams to deliver customized solutions. Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings.)Prepare sales forecasts, pipelines, and account plans.
Work with technology partners to strengthen solution offerings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus). 6-10 years of sales experience in the UAE, ideally with an IT System Integrator or Technology Vendor. Skills: Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure (servers, storage, networking, security). Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. UAE driving license is a must.
