Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations in the distribution of baby and mother care products. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the same field, with a proven track record in dealing with retailers, pharmacy chains, and managing supply agreements. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic sales planning, and in-depth knowledge of the baby products market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across retail and pharmacy channels.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts, including baby stores, supermarkets, and pharmacy chains.

- Negotiate and manage supply and distribution agreements.

- Identify market opportunities and drive expansion into new retail outlets.

- Work closely with marketing and logistics teams to ensure smooth product flow and visibility.

- Analyze sales performance and market trends to adjust strategies as needed.

- Lead, train, and support the sales team to ensure alignment with business goals.

Requirements:

- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in the mother and baby care distribution industry.

- Strong network of retail and pharmacy contacts in the region.

- Excellent knowledge of supply chain and distribution agreements.

- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED16,000.00 per month
