About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven

Senior Sales Manager

to lead our business development and client acquisition efforts in the

Soft Facility Management Services

sector. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and managing high-value client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in soft services (Ac duct cleaning, Water Tank Cleaning, Kitchen Hood Cleaning, pest control, facade cleaning, etc.).

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across corporate, commercial, residential, and institutional sectors.

Lead and mentor the sales team to ensure consistent achievement of revenue goals.

Build strong client relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and service excellence.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and tenders aligned with client requirements.

Collaborate with operations and finance teams to ensure smooth contract execution and client satisfaction.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).

8+ years of sales experience

, with at least

3 years in the Facility Management / Soft Services

industry.

Driving Licence must

Strong understanding of B2B sales and tendering processes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Leadership experience with a focus on team motivation and performance.
