Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Coordinator with experience in commodities trading, sales support, and hands-on experience with Dubai Trade Portal and ATLP. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing important documents, including Certificates of Origin, and a strong ability to coordinate with sales teams and provide administrative assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate Sales Team:

Manage team schedules, file important documents, and effectively communicate relevant information to the team.

Customer Support:

Respond to customer complaints and provide after-sales support when requested, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Administrative Assistance:

Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including coordinating between departments and preparing necessary documents.

Sales Orders and Quotations:

Prepare and process sales orders and quotations in an accurate and timely manner.

Document Preparation:

Prepare essential documents like Certificates of Origin, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Dubai Trade Portal & ATLP:

Utilize Dubai Trade Portal and ATLP platforms for smooth operations, ensuring efficient processing and tracking of commodities and trade-related activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Hands-on experience with the

Dubai Trade Portal

and

ATLP

platforms. In-depth understanding of

commodities trading

and related processes. Proficiency in preparing trade documents, including

Certificates of Origin

and other relevant paperwork. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage schedules, files, and documentation. Excellent

communication skills

for effective collaboration with internal teams and customers. Proven experience in

sales support

, handling administrative tasks, and responding to customer queries.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within the commodities trading industry. Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and compliance standards.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
