Position: Senior Sales Officer - cable Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development of the Commercial, Sales and Ordering policies, business processes and operating procedures and implement them when approved
- Ensuring Intra team collaboration for successfully identifying, closing and executing projects across various regions.
- Support implementation of the regional budgets and action plans
- Support determination of inventory levels and product mix needed to support forecasted sales for the respective target Accounts within a customer segment and region
- Participate in initiatives for innovation and continuous improvement in pursuit of greater productivity
- Identifying new business opportunities from Small and Medium Customers (Stone & Silver Category Customers)
- Developing relationships with potential customers
- Negotiating and closing deals
- Achieving sales targets
- 4 to 6 years of experience
- Relevant Bachelor degree
- Job Skills: Selling skills, persuasive communication, attention to detail and compliance, Salesforce & SAP experience is highly desirable
- Behavioural Competencies: Strategic thinking, transparency, integrity, professionalism, caring & supportive style, passion for excellence, change management orientation.
