Job Description

Job Accountabilities:

Responsible for promoting the company's existing brands and introducing new products to the market. To analyze budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals. Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals. Gathering, investigating, and summarizing market data and trends to draft reports. Implementing new sales plans and advertising. Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities. Prepare regular sales reports, including sales performance, market trends and competitor activities. Identify effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis, and optimize accordingly To regularly present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and transactions in the CRM system. Perform any other duties assigned by manager.

Qualifications, Skills/Competencies and Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree in business administration 10+ years of similar experience Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Strong organizational and planning skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Report Preparation

Salary: AED7,000 up to 12,000 (Vehicle and Fuel will be provided by Company)
