The Opportunity



We are looking for a

Senior Sales Executive

with a strong background in construction and fit-out, ideally with expertise in natural stone, facades, or architectural finishes. This is a high-impact role where you'll lead business growth by securing multimillion-dirham projects (AED 1M - AED 50M+). Key Responsibilities



Build and expand a strong network with contractors, consultants, project managers, and developers. Identify high-value projects at design/tender stage and secure RFQs. Present our portfolio, technical expertise, and value-engineering solutions to stakeholders. Work closely with estimating/technical teams to deliver winning proposals and quotations. Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract award and post-award follow-up. Track competitor activity and market trends to sharpen positioning. Represent the company at key meetings, site visits, and industry events. Consistently achieve quarterly and annual sales targets.

What We're Looking For



10+ years' proven experience in sales/business development within construction/fit-out. Strong network across UAE contractors, consultants, and PMCs. Experience closing high-value project packages (AED 5M+). Solid knowledge of project lifecycles, tendering, technical submittals, and procurement. Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Target-driven, self-motivated, and capable of managing long sales cycles. Fluent English required; Arabic is a plus.
