We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Executive with in-depth knowledge of the business setup process in UAE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in company formation, trade license processing, and handling all relevant external approvals required by various government authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business leads and maintain strong relationships with clients seeking to establish or expand their businesses in UAE.

Advise clients on the most suitable company structure and jurisdiction (

Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore

) based on their business needs.

Manage the complete business setup process, including:

New Trade License issuance

Renewals

Amendments to MOA (Memorandum of Association)

Ejari services

Bank account opening

Import and export code registration

Coordinate and obtain external approvals from relevant authorities including but not limited to:

RTA (Roads and Transport Authority)

Civil Aviation

KHDA (Knowledge and Human Development Authority)

Dubai Customs

SIRA (Security Industry Regulatory Agency)

Dubai Municipality

Keep up-to-date with the latest government regulations, policies, and procedural changes affecting business setup in the UAE.

Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Prepare and present tailored business proposals and service packages to prospective clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar sales role within the UAE business setup industry.

Strong knowledge of UAE business regulations, government portals, and procedures.

Established client base and a strong industry network.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
