Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience or interest in business setup services, visa processing, and foreign recruitment. You'll be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects, and closing deals, while delivering excellent customer service.
key Responsibilities:
Generate and follow up on leads for business setup and international recruitment services
Explain UAE mainland/free zone/offshore company formation options to clients
Advise clients on recruitment services, available job roles, and processing times
Conduct consultations via phone, WhatsApp, or in-person meetings
Maintain accurate client records in CRM
Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
Coordinate with operations/PRO team to ensure timely service delivery
Key Requirements:
Experience in sales, customer service, or business development (1+ year preferred)
Strong verbal communication skills in English (Arabic, Hindi, or Tagalog is a plus)
Basic knowledge of UAE business setup procedures and/or visa processing
Comfortable using WhatsApp, Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.
Must be target-driven, persuasive, and self-motivated
Presentable and professional communication style
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
