Key responsibilities
Own team target + individual target (forecasting and closure plan)
Coach and guide the junior sales engineer(s): daily activity targets, weekly reviews
Drive key enterprise opportunities: discovery, solution mapping, pricing strategy, negotiation
Build relationships with hotel groups, IT managers, finance, and operations stakeholders
Work closely with product/technical team for solution positioning and roadmap alignment
Ensure disciplined CRM and sales process adherence across the team
Prepare weekly/monthly management reports: pipeline, forecast, risks, action plan
Support partner/channel development (system integrators, consultants, vendors)
