Senior Sales Engineer / Sales Team Lead (hospitality Technology)

Job Description

Key responsibilities

Own team target + individual target (forecasting and closure plan) Coach and guide the junior sales engineer(s): daily activity targets, weekly reviews Drive key enterprise opportunities: discovery, solution mapping, pricing strategy, negotiation Build relationships with hotel groups, IT managers, finance, and operations stakeholders Work closely with product/technical team for solution positioning and roadmap alignment Ensure disciplined CRM and sales process adherence across the team Prepare weekly/monthly management reports: pipeline, forecast, risks, action plan Support partner/channel development (system integrators, consultants, vendors)
Requirements

Bachelor's degree (required)

Strong IT background

(required)

Proven hospitality technology sales experience

(PMS/doorlock/payment/guest journey solutions, etc.) 5+ years preferred (you can set 4-8 years based on market) Leadership mindset: responsible, committed, structured, accountable Strong negotiation + stakeholder management skills Ability to work with targets, forecasting, and team execution rhythm
KPIs (monthly/quarterly)

Team revenue vs target + individual revenue vs target Forecast accuracy (committed vs achieved) Pipeline coverage ratio (e.g., 3x of target) Win rate on qualified opportunities Average sales cycle time (by segment) Team activity consistency (meetings, demos, proposals) CRM compliance and reporting timeliness Customer/partner relationship growth (strategic accounts engaged)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
