Requirements:
  • Experience and qualifications:
\xe2\x80\x93 Minimum 5- 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry in Middle-East / India region (Steel or similar industrial experience can be an advantage)
\xe2\x80\x93 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/master\'s degree in Core Engineering subjects (Mech/Chem/EE/Civil/Mining/Etc.)
\xe2\x80\x93 Computer-literate (MS Office, high level of MS Excel skills, MS Power point etc.)
\xe2\x80\x93 Language: High level of English skills (Arabic skills can be an advantage). * Personal attributes:

\xe2\x80\x93 Ability to develop and maintain sound business relationships
\xe2\x80\x93 Analytical and problem-solving skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent communications, negotiation and presentation skills
\xe2\x80\x93 Thorough knowledge of domestic and global markets
\xe2\x80\x93 Customer orientated, ability to meet and exceed revenue targets.
\xe2\x80\x93 Excellent attitude, Enthusiastic & learnability, Continuous Improvement mentality.
\xe2\x80\x93 Well organized with high level of punctuality & discipline at the work.

:
  • Sales:
\xe2\x80\x93 Generate Sales leads and enquiries, review and understand the project requirement, prepare costing, Generate commercial offers/budgetary offers, execute the daily sales activities etc.
\xe2\x80\x93 Handle the technical and commercial discussions, negotiate the Contractual terms & Conditions, regular
follow up, negotiate & secure the orders.
\xe2\x80\x93 Capable to handle direct tenders of end-users/authorities, and manage the entire tender process.
\xe2\x80\x93 Conduct regular meetings, develop and maintain strong relationships & network with EPC Contractors/ fabricators, and Oil companies & other steel consumers in the Energy Projects segment.
\xe2\x80\x93 Identify the suitable sources, have mill visits as required / frequent meetings to develop strong relationship
with the business partners.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide insight of market development and trend, price evaluation, competition analysis / current & future target projects and forecast on volume/revenue /Gross margin to support the annual budget making process and to set the strategic growth plans. * Business development:

\xe2\x80\x93 Responsible to develop new Sales leads & acquire new customers to support realizing the budge & achieve the growth targets.
\xe2\x80\x93 Explore the New market / Products and geographical expansion opportunities.
\xe2\x80\x93 Closely track the Projects and Identify new / upcoming projects in the region.
\xe2\x80\x93 Pre-qualifications of mills whenever needed.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure market intelligence and guarantee that all current and future Energy projects are identified and actively followed.
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide detailed market analysis, monitoring the competition and following-up on new market tendencies
\xe2\x80\x93 Actively cultivates a positive and constructive work climate, in order to contribute to the organization\'s success. Communication & interaction with other departments
\xe2\x80\x93 Maintains functional relationship with Project Management, Procurement, QA/QC, Human * Resources and IT on matters concerning daily operations, exchange of information, knowledge and experience.

\xe2\x80\x93 Take pro-actively part in the Local Sales Team meeting / timely reporting etc.
