Job Description



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Key Account Manager Poultry EURAM to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key national accounts in the poultry industry, driving sales growth for our biopharmaceutical portfolio and technology solutions such as SenseHub Poultry, while also providing coaching to team members and ensuring alignment with the company\'s "big bets." The candidate should also possess the ability to work in a multi-country customer presence, understand customer needs, and build financial proposals to multi-country customers. The ideal candidate will also embody our Culture of Accountability and "Win as One Team" approach, which includes taking ownership of one\'s work, being results-driven, collaborating effectively with others, and promoting a team-focused culture. Execution is critical for this role, as the candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of customer-specific business plans. The candidate will report to EURAM Commercial Poultry Lead.

Locations: UK, EU, Middle East

Responsibilities:

Manage and develop relationships with key national accounts in the poultry industry in the EURAM.

Promote and sell our bio-pharmaceutical portfolio and technology solutions.

Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer-specific business plans.

Provide coaching and mentorship to team members to help them achieve their professional goals.

Ensure alignment of team members with the company\'s "big bets."

Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to ensure that the company remains competitive.

Provide regular reports on account performance, sales forecasts, and business activities.

Conduct regular visits to customers and attend industry events to build relationships and gather market intelligence.

Work with internal teams to develop and execute promotional programs and marketing campaigns.

Build and provide financial proposals to multi-country customers.

Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.

Manage customer projects across multiple countries and ensure timely delivery of products and services.

Ensure the successful implementation of customer-specific business plans.

Ensure that all activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, procedures and ethical standards.

Requirements:

Bachelor\'s degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or animal science.

Fluent in English, additional languages are a plus.

Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within the animal health industry.

Proven track record of managing and growing key national accounts in the poultry industry in the EURAM.

Experience in working in a matrix structure and building strong relationships with the biggest poultry integrator in the EURAM.

Experience in selling bio-pharmaceuticals and technology solutions to customers in the animal health industry.

Ability to work in a multi-country customer presence and build strong relationships with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures.

Strong financial acumen with the ability to build and provide financial proposals to multi-country customers.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills with a track record of mentoring and developing team members.

Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and develop long-term plans and goals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and feedback to make sound business decisions.

Highly organized with strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
