And now we are looking for a driven Sales Engineer, Export MEA & APR for our Electric Heating (EH) business.
You will join a dynamic team, part of our Accelerator Division in Danfoss Climate Solutions. This division has been created to unleash the full growth and value potential of promising businesses, in a unique and agile environment. Our Electric Heating products are recognized for their quality and reliability, and we believe we are geared for significant growth over the coming years.
You will support sales development activities and deliver sales targets in the Middle East, Asia Pacific, and India markets. We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer, Export MEA & APR to join our sales team, preferably in Dubai.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling our electrical products to clients. The Sales Engineer, Export MEA & APR will need to identify client needs and develop customized solutions for the Electrical heating business and other possible Electric heating applications, collaborating with the Export team to generate pipelines and deliver sales targets. This includes developing and maximizing opportunities and building strategic partnerships. Therefore, motivation, tact, sensitivity, and professionalism are prerequisites, as you will have daily contact with customers and will be a direct influence on them. To be successful, the incumbent must drive a clear go-to-market strategy with an inclusive approach and prioritize efforts to maximize business targets while developing long-term opportunities.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

• Generate leads and identify potential clients through various channels, e.g. Electric heating & Snow-melt solutions in the Residential segment and other applications in the Commercial & Light industrial segments
• Managing the entire sales funnel from prospecting to product supplying
• Develop and secure strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers
• Track sales performance, analyze sales data, and prepare sales reports for management
• Collecting market intelligence and monitoring market trends
• Prepare and deliver value-selling presentations and demonstrations to clients to showcase the features and benefits of electrical heating.

• Bachelor\'s or master\'s degree in engineering or business
• Proven experience as an Electric Sales Engineer or related role
• Strong knowledge of electrical heating products
• Expect to travel approximately 40-50%
• Industry work experience of 5+ years. Proximity to the Electric heating solutions will be an added advantage
• Commercial and technical experience working closely with dealers\' networks and distribution channel management
• Fluent in English, and other languages is an advantage.
