Job Summary
To achieve the sales target for the Service Business Unit products with specified gross margin contribution and receivable days, in line with the company’s Environment, Health & Safety and total quality standards
Key responsibilities
- Quoting and selling maintenance contracts as well as one-time repair jobs.
- Responsible to scan the market (assigned territory) for identifying and
- Developing clients for the service division products such as maintenance
Contracts and repair jobs.
- To prepare an accurate tender or a customer specific quotation (for the
approval of the sales manager) after taking into consideration material and
manpower costs and ensure it is within company policies and guidelines.
- To respond to client enquiries on time and introduce the appropriate Carrier
product which meet the client’s technical requirements and offer a tailor-made
solution.
- Identification of customers’ needs for the service contracts of the air
conditioners or air conditioning systems as well as for the refrigeration and
cooling systems irrespective of the manufacturer or the brand
- Reviewing, updating and renewing all the maintenance contracts in a timely basis .
- Coordinate with operations personnel when required to meet with customer and company expectations.
- To ensure continual and systematic personal contact with all customers in his/her respective market.
- To respond to 95% of all inquiries within 48 hours.
- To follow up quotations with technical support, commercial negotiations, and
- Persuade/convince the customer to place the order with the company.
Qualifications
- Mechanical Engineering Graduates with 4-5 years’ experience in relevant field
Preferred in AUH & ALN
Thorough knowledge of UAE market with respect to Air-conditioning equipment and its components
- Knowledge of ISO procedures
- Fluent in English
- UAE Driving License Required
- Excellent Computer skills with proficiency in MS Office Tools
