Prerequisites include:
1. Engineering degree.
2. Masterful command of basic software such as MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
3. Driver’s License in UAE .
4.Experience in technical sales of air-conditioning equipment including but not limited to ducted split units, air-handling units, packaged units and VRF units.
:
- Complete account management of assigned customers.
- Generating inquiries for the supply of air conditioning equipment, through market visits to contractors, consultants, retailers, dealers and distributors.
- Ensuring assigned customers are periodically updated on the latest software, catalogs and information from Carrier wherever applicable (in coordination with the Application Engineering Team).
- Creating quotations in-line with the inquiry specifications.
- Through inquiries and quotations, generate a robust pipeline with routine updates and follow up in coordination with their line manager.
- Technical submittals and compliance statements.
- Order finalizations (with line manager).
- Delivery and invoice generation (with sales coordinators).
- Payment follow up and collection.
- Credit assessment.
- Warranty coordination.
- Submit monthly forecast pack to include pipeline update, sales and bookings for the month and quarter, and risks and opportunities.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and provide technical assistance and support in liaison with other teams.
- 100% compliance with company’s code of ethics.
