Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced
Senior Safety Engineer
to manage safety programs across our construction projects. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with local regulations, company policies, and international safety standards, while promoting a culture of health and safety throughout the organization.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor
Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE)
policies and procedures. Conductrisk assessments
, hazard identification, and implement preventive measures. Ensure compliance withDubai Municipality
,Civil Defense
, and other regulatory requirements. Leadincident investigations
, prepare reports, and recommend corrective actions. Organize and deliversafety training sessions
for staff and subcontractors. Monitor site activities to ensure adherence to safety standards andpermit-to-work systems
. Prepare and maintainHSE documentation
, including safety plans, audits, and inspection reports. Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to integrate safety into all project phases. Drive continuous improvement in safety performance and culture.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
Safety Officer: 5 years (Required) * Construction: 5 years (Required)
