standards. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment, conduct risk assessments, and provide training to employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies in compliance with
ADOSH, OSHA, and other regulatory standards
.
Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
Investigate workplace incidents and prepare detailed reports for regulatory compliance.
Provide safety training to employees and management on ADOSH regulations.
Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.
Maintain safety documentation and records for audits.
Collaborate with management to improve safety protocols.
Qualifications:
ADOSH certification (required)

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field.
3+ years of experience in safety engineering, preferably in [industry, e.g., construction, manufacturing].
Strong knowledge of
ADOSH/OSHA regulations
.
Excellent communication and training skills.
Proficiency in safety management software is a plus.
