WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Define updates, apply, and check application of ISO 45001, ISO 14001, HSEI Plan and Procedures.

Follow-up internal HSEI actions plan and ensure the application of local laws and regulations.

Implement and follow up the incident procedures, Analyze the reporting of work accidents on site and follow actions.

Organize and provide Health & Safety training to the employees.

Communicate safety Flashes and safety opportunities for improvement.

Submit the Safety & Environment recurrent Monthly reports (Client - SUEZ).

Lead & control update of the plant risk assessment and emergency drills.

Audit Isolation procedure implementation and provide necessary tools for implementation.

Responsible for the control of the Safety store and perform regular audit for the consumable materials and chemicals.

Control update of the Safety precautions on the SMP & SOP.

Control and record Managerial safety visits onsite.

Communicate & Lead implementation of Recognition & Fair sanction policy.

Lead & control HSEI measurement programs (H2S - Noise - Vibration - Generator Exhaust).

Control & applies safety equipment inspection (Daily - Monthly) and submit monthly inspection report.

Control & applies Accreditation and awareness system.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical)

5-7 years of experience in a related safety or industrial field

Solid understanding of principles and applicable equipment related to industrial safety and hazardous waste management

Awareness of standard workplace hazards, including accident analysis and prevention methodologies

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to interpret and analyze complex data and convey findings clearly and accurately

Good knowledge of risks associated with wastewater treatment operations
